THRIVE is a continuing professional development program designed to assist you to implement a standard process for the medical monitoring aspects of both newly diagnosed and treatment experienced PLWHIV based on guidance from the ASHM Monitoring Tool including:

A review of 5 or more PLWHIV in your clinical practice
(minimum 6 hrs for 5 patients)

You will also need the Instructions to complete the THRIVE Program and the ASHM HIV Monitoring Tool.

Once you have completed all components of the THRIVE Program and emailed the Program Completion and Evaluation to Bastion Med Ed, a Statement of Completion will be provided to you.
